Some of the possible wildlife you may see includes: moose, eagles, Dall Sheep, salmon, waterfowl, beaver and possibly bear! Along with wildlife viewing, there are many spectacular vistas and beautiful fauna you will see on your trip. Our guides will try to inform you about things they feel may be of interest to you, however, feel free to ask your guide about any of the new and different things you may see.

How are the guides trained?
All of our guides are First Aid and CPR certified. Our guides come to us with various prior experience taking guests down many different rivers. Our guides always make safety the primary objective of all of our trips. As a result, all guests will receive a safety talk prior to departure and shall wear lifejackets at all times while on the river. Safety gear accompanies each trip and our guides are trained in its use.

Is there an age limit to participate in a trip?
People of all ages are welcome on our adventure trips. If you are bringing children please keep in mind the limits of your child. Everyone must wear a lifejacket at all times on our rafting trips, so it is important to make sure that your child can tolerate this. Also, persons participating in our hiking adventures should be in good physical condition. Those with injuries or medical conditions that may prevent them from completing the hike should not participate. It is not recommended that you bring young children on our hiking adventures.
